Teen dating violence is a BIG issue, especially in the States. To be honest I was surprised when they released the stats about just how many teens are abused by their dates… shocking!
Girl Power is the order of the day!
Anyway, they are starting to address the issue by introducing karate lessons to kids in Middle schools, teaching them how a swift kick in a man’s Crown Jewels can save them from abuse.
“[It’s] not necessarily their physical ability, but more their emotional strength to say ‘I can protect myself and I don’t have to put up with stuff like that,’” The head of a US school said.
It only takes a couple of months to teach them how to look after themselves, and this initiative could potentially save their lives in the most extreme cases.

OK, so I’m a little late on writing about it – it’s everywhere, but I had to add my 2 pennies worth. The 48 Hours star did the dumping so we are led to believe and is claiming the kid isn’t his… haven’t these guys been dating for 6 months or so?
It’s the way he dumped her that gets me – he must have really hated her to go public on Dutch TV about the break up. Then you have to consider why Mel B is called Scary Spice – could it be because she is a complete loon and has actually been knocked up by yet another dancer… who knows!
Eddie already has another bird in tow – Tracey who he’s been seeing for over 6 weeks… watch this space, it could get very interesting!

It’s a pain in the ass! You start dating someone and all of a sudden they go cold on you, not returning your calls, emails or texts. So you ask yourself, ‘what is wrong with me, what happened there?’ It would be nice to get some feedback at least!
Watching time tick by is SO boring, don’t do it!
There are hundreds of possible reasons, but it is normally down to them considering their options OR they are just trying to run away. It happened to me, but turned out that my ex was pregnant with my son! She just needed time to work out what she was doing.
The BIG question is whether or not to pursue them, and how will it look?

Believe it or not many of you would. I undertook a recent survey here in the UK across 3 Southern counties which asked 100 professional men and women whether or not they would consider sleeping with a client to win their business.
Conferences can be so boring, last thing on your mind is sex!
Bearing in mind that 78% of these people were in a relationship, 65% said they would if the deal meant that they would profit from it (i.e. commission was due). Scary figures eh! If no commission was due but there was recognition then 30% may consider it.
However only 27% said they would continue to see them once they had achieved the initial deal they would be hoping to get.
34% had already been there and done it with a client. The most opportune times are late meetings and industry conferences… and it tends to happen after a few drinks.
Still no excuse you cheapskates!
