Believe it or not dating in New York has taken a new twist with the introduction of Bar Code dating. It’s actually a form of sign language used by singles to say anything from ‘you’re a hottie’ to ‘get lost!’
A popular sign is this (used when you are already with someone) – ’The Committed Clutch‘: put one arm out and hold the wrist with your opposite hand, it means “I wish I could BUT I’m on a date”!
If you like someone then you can always try the ‘Later Loop’, circling your index fingers round each other (means “I can’t get away now but maybe later”)

Chinese online dating agency inShanghaiwill are having a bit of a bash!!!
20 of Shanghai’s young millionaires will be attending and paying around £4,000 for the privilege.
“We will offer free tickets to some of our Mrs,” said an organizer of the party.
It is said that all the participants will be carefully selected. About 50% of the millionaires will be the heirs of family enterprises, in their 20s.

I stumbled across a great site today aimed at helping expats find a date in spain. A great idea. So many of us Brits are selling u and heading for the sun, and who can blame them… but when they get there they find they have everything apart from a partner!

US columnist Ann Coulter has joined the bandwagon and announced that she is starting a new, online subscription-based naked dating club. “It is for busy people like myself who don’t have the time for traditional dating rituals.” she said. “It is entirely internet based, though ultimately the goal is for the dating couples to meet in person. Naked of course.”
