Comparing sexual habits in the US and Europe

A recent survey carried out by Harris Interactive with the objective of finding out the differences between European and American sex habits has uncovered some interesting results. More than 5,000 people were interviewed between the ages of 16-64 about their sex lives, with the following results:
• While 37% of monogamous partners in France would forgive their other half should they undertake a sexual liason with someone else, 51% of Britons felt the same way
• No matter where people live, the average age for a first sexual encounter is 18
• Italian men stated that they had sex an average of 8.9 times a month (the highest average of all respondents), but Italian women placed their sexual encounters at a mere 5.8 times a month
• A quarter of all American respondents admitted to having sex with someone they had met on an online dating site, whereas 14% of Britons said the same.
So the question is, who are the Italian men sleeping with? Each other, like the Romans did?!!!
