Psychologists recently suggested that dating online daily adds a great boost to your confidence.
According to studies, online dating is a liberating experience for women, making them feel surer of themselves. This boosted confidence could benefit them in their day-to-day life.

Online dating is an empowering experience for many women because they feel more confident flirting and asking for what they need in cyberspace than in face-to-face situations.
According to sex and relationship psychologist Dr Petra Boynton, women should use online dating as a means to improve their confidence outside the internet.
Because the fear of rejection is reduced, women find it easier to flirt and be more forward online. Women who find it hard to tell a man in person that she doesn’t want to see him again for example, also find it easier doing it online.
Likewise, women who date online are more likely to ask questions they might make them feel too awkward asking in face-to-face situations.
This leads to cementing a strong foundation for a possible relationship, but also bears a warning.
The liberating feeling of bearing one’s soul to someone online is dangerous when one feels one knows a person simply through exchanging emails, experts warn.
Even though online dating is empowering, it is important to remember the person is still a stranger.
So until meeting in person and getting to know someone in face-to-face situations, exercise caution. In the mean time however, liberate yourself and boost your confidence to ultimate fabulousness.
