Do men want women to make the first move?
Short Answer: Definitely!
Long Answer: It makes us feel wanted and allows us to express ourselves more confidently. Whatever women may think, the majority of guys are insecure about women liking them same as women. There’s still this old stigma attached to the man making the first move… well things have changed and now it’s equal so don’t sit around waiting for him to call – pick up the phone and show him you are keen.

Here are some ways to show him you are keen on him without being too forward:
Compliment him – if he’s sensitive he’ll be thinking about what you said and gather enough confidence to possibly go in for the kiss.
Invite him in for coffee – It’s an old cliché, and one that he’ll recognise as you enjoying his company.
Keep your body language open – I’m not talking about your legs by the way, but I am talking about showing open palms, not crossing anything, looking him in the eyes, touch his arm, mirror his movements… see here for some good tips Body Language
Get provocative – If you feel cheeky, ask him a cheeky question that will indicate that you like him, something like – “are you any good at massages?”
