Dumped without a clue!
I met a lady on a dating site recently and after several evenings of dropping lyrical landmines, we decided to meet up.
We met and got on really well from the outset. What happened though…. On the 5th date she decides to call a complete halt to the relationship without reason. Ladies, what could be the possible motives – I don’t understand you lot? Mark, UK.
Mark, unfortunately this is quite common at the early stages of dating. You never know what is going on in the other persons mind, therefore I recommend that people take things as slow as possible at the start and hold back with showering their emotions, just enjoy the experience and look inwardly at the other person rather than exposing your undying love straight away.
Possible reasons
1 - It may have been that she was dating other people and decided to run with someone else for a while.
2 - She got turned off by immediate emotinons from yourself.
3 - She may have seen a side to you that she didn’t like (swearing, football devotion etc)
4 - You may have reminded her of an ex and therefore brought back too many memories.
All I can say is that it was a little cowardly for her not to have told you face to face, now you know how it feels make sure you never do it to someone else!
