Inter religion dating
This is a subject that in I debate a fair mount. I am an atheist so have limited views on religion, but why is it that people are brought up with a negative impression of someone from another religion? Who has the right to tell anyone what to do on this planet, we get one life and I say ‘live it’! ...
I am not damning religion, however I am expressing a very strong view that I am passionate about, which is that if you meet your soul mate no matter what race, creed, colour, religion – then who has the right to dictate whether you should see them or not.
Some religions are more relaxed than others, and I have dated a few people across a selection of religions. The experience is amazing and a real eye opener from a cultural perspective. Unfortunately a couple of religions condemn it completely and actually carry out honor killings – believe it or not this happens daily in the UK!
If the barriers were raised and faith was purely faith maybe we wouldn’t have so much violence in the World.
I entirely respect the people who decide to date without barriers – hopefully one day we will come out of the dark ages and all love each other a little more.
