When do you know it’s right to move in with them?

You’ve been dating them for a while now and it’s come up in conversation that it’d be a great idea to move in with each other. You both are head over heels with each other and can’t think about anyone else… you may be ready!
Moving in with someone is as good as asking them to marry you but without the ring. It’s certainly not something to be taken lightly as it could make or break a relationship.
So how do you know if it’s right for you both?
By reviewing the following questions and being honest to yourself with the answers:
1. Can you handle their habits? You will have witnessed a few of their habits on the times you have seen them, can you handle living with them as well? Look at how they currently live and the mess they create.
2. Are they financially sound? You don’t want to end up with their bad credit history. Check them out.
3. Are they committed? What is their motivation to move in with you, the same as yours? Can they honestly commit to you or have they a wandering eye?
4. Are they lazy?
5. Can they cook?
6. Trust your gut instinct? It rarely lies!
If you are not 100% confident of the move, try spending an entire week at their place. If you find it claustrophobic then you need to ask yourself if it is right. Yes, it may be the environment, but even an uncomfortable environment should be exciting for you both (for a week anyway!)
