You ARE a catch and a dream date!

If you think any different you are doing yourself an injustice. Self esteem is the biggest dating drawback and something we should all learn to overcome by loving ourselves a little more.
Some people are born with natural charisma and charm which in turn makes them naturally attractive to the opposite sex, but most of us have experienced rejection and have taken it to heart making us question ourselves just a little too much. It’s a vicious cycle and one that’s very hard to pull ourselves out of. But as soon as someone of the opposite sex pays us any attention it quickly disappears… for how long, well that’s up to you!
We are often our own worst enemies in this situation and therefore if we feel like we are not a catch then you need to do something to change that. You’ve heard the saying ‘when it rains it pours’, well isn’t I strange that this is the case with relationships… and that’s all down to your state of mind – love yourself and others will love you more!
Also remind yourself that the way you are feeling isn’t uncommon. In a busy bar you can guarantee at least 75% of people feel the same as you do. Push yourself to share some love and a conversation and just watch how your luck changes!
Give yourself a hug for a change!!!
